DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
We use United States Postal Service Priority Shipping.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping time for US orders is estimated to be 3 - 5 days.
Please allow an extra 2 days for shipment delays due to CoVid.
Orders under $30 will be charged $3 for shipping.
Orders between $30 - $100 will be charged $7 for shipping.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Please contact us for estimates on international orders.
Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance.
Import duties, taxes, tariff, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, etc. are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the product cost and transportation fee for your order. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we are not responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
Return policy. We know you will love our products but in the event you need to return an item please read our policy below. If you have questions about a product we are here to support you and your health so don’t hesitate to email us with any concerns.
Before we can accept your return, you must write to email@example.com to notify us of the reason for the return and the expected date of postage.
We can only accept returns in the case that the item was damaged upon arrival or if the order was incorrectly filled. If there is damage, we will need you to provide photos.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
IMPORTANT: In the event of a return, please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
DELAYED or LOST ORDERS
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG or INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
